Due to the work implementation are mostly relevant to other NGOs in the region (Pussat Province), KDP has links its-network through out NGOs in the areas. Below are the most cooperation we had done.

2. Agriculture and the cooperation on Agriculture activities in linkage to the target villages that is close to KDP program implementation.
3. ADRA, the organization working on the health education & awereness program in Pursat. KDP has initiated this networking with several CNGO & INGOs working on the main issue.

1. We work on the integration of Community development project by using participatory methods. The integration are the Community Development and the Rural Development Project

Before we set up some project we need to do Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) invited Key Information (KI), Village Development Commission (VDC) to involve training/seminar after that we went to the villages to do one

We RADE had got many projects but firstly we encourage beneficiaries to contribute some money or materials such as Cow Bank project and I brief you as follow.

• Encourage people to organize team (a team consist 5 members, then select one among as team leader)
• Recruit Committee among team leader
• Encourage beneficiaries to do saving, save 500 or 200 each week
• Invite Committee to learn about how to list beneficiaries to prepare Internal Account Bank (IAB) to open meeting
• Committee run meeting every week
• Staffs supervise them from time to time
• Staffs monitor them
• Provide loon as to purchase cow for them
• To follow up the every week

Local authorities happy to cooperate with implementing agency, but villagers doesn’t involve with the project implementation, therefore, on behalf of CSSSG must be go directly to communicate with them and demonstrate the profits time and show the non-profits in the future

Anymore a core –member who volunteer in the village and village development committee "VDC" are required to assist and cooperate with CSSSG

In order to achieve the project objectives CADET will organize strategies to ensure the project.

• Base survey to find out the target group then set up beneficiaries to assist them.
• Orientation to explain them to understand well
• Village Development committee (VDC) will be selected through the majority democratised voting to monitor the project that assist program office to minimize the existing problems and searching for an effective solution
• 5 families group have formed to assure the mutual guarantee, share experiences and assist each other in achieving the objectives
• The VDCs will conduct monthly meeting with target groups
• Group leaders and the VDCs will monitor the project activities till the end of the project
• Gender must be the key of involving in all of our project including, wife, husband and children to understand to the families planning needs

CAPET would like to cooperate with the RETA project because our project location have problems with Environment

• Voluntary villagers were allowed to be target group members for my organisation
• Key villagers were selected to be VDC through election way
• Loans were provide to all target group members
• Meeting was held for plan preparation with all target group
• Evaluation

Capacity building

• All VDC were provide training course of technique project management financial management, report writing and other for a short term (3 days)
• Widowers and poor women were encouraged to attend short course of small scale business
• Health and sanitation management to all villagers
• Main villages were invited to participate workshops organised by my organization
