is not displayed. With a screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels or higher, it is
recommended to load the studies with frames. |

(recommended). Accessing GTZ studies, the footnotes will be displayed in the lower frame.
The Guiding Principles offer in the upper frames the table of contents. Because the screen
split decreases the clearness of the displayed contents, the use of frames is not
recommended for a screen resolution of only 640 x 480 pixels. |

eingeblendet, im Orientierungsrahmen wird im oberen Abschnitt eine Gliederungsübersicht
