9.4 Implementation Result of Land Consolidation

9.4.1 Condition Before Land Consolidation

The land holding/ownership surround the Lake Limboto is mostly without such a land right which leads to uncertainty in parcel border determination for identification of tax object.

During an inventory step in the initial activity, there are 1,744 lots identified by the village officers. This number is used as the base for proposing activity on land consolidation project in 1994/1995 fiscal year in Gorontalo Regency. After re-inventory activity followed by initial plot measurement of land plots to be consolidated, there are 1,686 people hold the land parcel of 2,192 plots covering 1,209 hectares. Therefore, the other 448 plots are left for the next fiscal year.
