8.4.2 Benefit

  1. Land available for public facilities covering 2.8800 ha especially shed of paddy, fertilizer, agriculture equipment, and so on.
  2. Main road (farming road) of 3 km length in 8 m width and production road of 1 km length and 6m width which cover about 6.000 sq m.
  3. In economic terms, the land value rises up to 100% from originally the price was Rp2.500 per sq m to Rp5.000 after land consolidation.
  4. The realization of regular land shape (all land plots face to the road in rectangular shape). Therefore, the new shape will make the farmers easier to manage their paddy field, carry on agriculture equipment to location and transport or deliver agriculture production.
  5. Availability of accurate land data and therefore it can be used in collecting tax on land and building.
