8.3.3 Selection of Area

The area was determined through Head of Regency Decision Letter No. 592.4l0/133-BPT-PS/1992 dated July l8, l992 as proposed by such a team of Land Office together with Local Government, District and Village Administrations. Moreover, the site was also approved by Local Customary Council (Ninik Mamak), so that the proposed site was then submitted to the Central Office of National Land Agency for approval.
