8.3.2 Related Institutions

During the implementation of Land Consolidation in Timbulun village, there are some cross-sector activities which need such close coordination among related institution. However, the main actor as functional implementation of land consolidation is the National Land Agency. Meanwhile, during the implementation, some teams were established, namely:

Controlling Team of Level I established through Decision Letter of the Governor which composed of Governor as Advisor, Head of Provincial Office of National Land Agency as Chairman, Head of Provincial Development Planning Agency of Level I as Vice Chairman, Head of Land Tenure Division as Secretary, and the other as member: Head of Administration Bureau, Head of Land Use division, Head of Land Right Division, Head of Land Registration Division, Head of Regional Office of Agriculture.

Coordinating Team of Level II established through Decision Letter of the Regent which composed of the Regent as Chairman, Head of Land Office as Vice Chairman, Head of Local Development Planning Agency of Level II as Vice Chairman, Head of Land Tenure Section as Secretary, and the other as member: Head of Land Use Section, Head of Land Right Section, Head of Land Registration Section, Head of Administration Division, Head of Agriculture Services, Head of District, Head of Village and two representatives of landowners.

Teamwork, established through Decision Letter of the Regent, for operationally carrying out the implementation of land consolidation which member composed of officials of the Land Office assisted by respective Head of District and Head of Village.
