7.4 Conclusion and Suggestion

The success of land consolidation of estate crops with partnership pattern in the plasma area of PTP Minanga Ogan is because KUD Minanga Ogan has a good approach to farmer by using custom approach. Beside, there is a good cooperation among government, cooperative and farmers.

To stimulate private participation from the corporation in relation to land consolidation of estate crops with partnership pattern using credit facility (KKPA) regulation as direction for the similar activity is positively required.

In relation to the matters mentioned above we suggest to establish regulation about the implementation of land consolidation of estate crops as the implementation of Government Regulation number 224 year 1961 article 11 and 12. This regulation should be tied with sectoral activity; therefore, we suggest to regulate by Presidential Decree.
