BPN - Republic of Indonesia (1995): 6.5.2 Activities To implement Landreform on Rawa Sragi Project, some activities are undertaken, namely: 1. Extension The extension is carried out for the community in order to disseminate or inform the existence and goal of Rawa Sragi Project. Included in this activity are information regarding the land matters and some government policies currently prevail. 2. Inventory An inventory activity is meant to obtain data concerning land holders (farmers) and their respective plots. The inventory was previously done by UNILA (University of Lampung), but then it was succeeded by the Directorate of Agrarian Affairs, Province of Lampung through questionnaire distribution collecting some information on name, number of dependent, area of land cultivated, starting time of cultivation, and so forth. 3. Review on the Result of Inventory: Such data obtained from inventory are reviewed in order to identify the number of land holder who are eligible for receiving land through redistribution, as well as those who are not fulfilling the requirement. The criteria are based on the Decision Letter of the Governor/Head of 1st Level Government of Lampung Province No. G144/DA/HK/1982 dated 5 June 1982. 4. Announcement of Land Holders' Name Fulfill the Requirement Those who are eligible to receive any land plot through land redistribution are published on a list which is announced by each regent (South Lampung and Central Lampung) in respective village for 1 (one) month from the date of its establishment. This announcement is aimed to give chance for the public to submit any objection. 5. Evaluation on the Result of Announcement and Objection/Claim Evaluation is applied on both the name of land holders announced and those who submit objection or claim. From this evaluation, then, is raised such a list of farmers who are definitely eligible to receive land plot through redistribution of Landreform object in Rawa Sragi. 6. Mapping and Preparation of Spatial Plan Meanwhile, on the Rawa Sragi area is undergone such surveying and mapping as well as review on land use aspect which is followed with block plan design and replotting in line with the water networks and road or ditch networks. These infrastructures are constructed previously by Public Works Services. 7. Measurement and Staking Out Following spatial design is the measurement of each plot boundary as well as its staking out in order to clarify the border. The result of this measurement is then used for processing of land right through cadastral mapping which excerpt is attached on the ownership certificate. 8. Assignment of Land Allocation The next activity is assignment of land plot to each farmer receiving redistribution, as follow: a) Intention of farmers' name into plot on cadastral map. b) Assignment on the field through pinpointing of each farmer into respective land plot. In the time of assignment in the field, on a certain parcel is put such a tag explaining the plot number and the receiver's name of the land redistribution. 9. Distribution of card for allocation assignment. To the farmers who are eligible for receiving such land from redistribution will be provided with certain card, namely:
10. Settlement of the redistribution receive Based upon the green card, settlement is carried out to every card receiver to hold each land plot. In order to implement this activity, there is an allocation assignment team established for assisting the process and avoiding some crucial problems encountered during the resettlement. 11.
