6.3 Related Institutions

6.3.1 Team Building

To carry out Rawa Sragi reclamation project, there were formed such teamwork both in central level and in provincial level which consist of:

1. Coordinating Team of Rawa Sragi Development.

2. Rawa Sragi Developing and Controlling Team.

3. Rawa Sragi Coordinating Project Bureau.

1. Coordinating Team of Rawa Srgai Development was formed based on Decision Letter of the Minister of Internal Affairs No. 4/Kep/1982 dated March 23, 1982 which participants consist of officials from:

  • Ministry of Internal Affairs
  • Ministry of Finance
  • National Planning Agency
  • Ministry of Public Works
  • Ministry of Agriculture
  • Level I Local Government of Lampung Province.

Task of the team: to carry out coordination on extension, planning and implementation of Rawa Sragi Development program.

2. Teamwork for Controlling of Rawa Sragi Development was formed based on decision of Minister of Internal Affairs No. 79/DJA/1983 dated May 6, 1983 which participants consist of officials form Dir. Gen. Agrarian, Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Task of the team: to provide consultation on technical implementation and administration of Rawa Sragi area development.

3. Coordinating Board of Rawa Sragi Project

Coordinating Board at provincial level was formed based on decision letter of the Governor of Lampung Province No. G/001/BAPPEDA/HK/1983 dated January 4, 1983 which members consist of officials form Provincial Institutions and lead by the Head of Regional Planning Agency (Bappeda) Level I Province of Lampung.

Task of the Coordinating Board:

  • to draw work program, both short-term and long-term periods.
  • to keep the operational of Workplan.
  • to prepare the arrangement and expense of budget.
  • to control the project implementation.

Moreover, in the Level II Local Government, it was established an Operational Team on Land Allocation of Rawa Sagri I, the land was declared as Landreform object. Task of the Land Allocation Team is to carry out the placement of nominees to be assigned to the land allocated, which is called the receivers of land redistribution.
