11.4.4 The body of participants

The community of participants, which comes into being as of the coming into force of the legal act for the land consolidation measure, holds a meeting at the beginning of the project to elect a committee. The invitation to attend the election meeting is issued by the land consolidation authority, which also chairs the meeting. The articles of association, which determine the arrangements governing the management, are also drawn up and adopted at this meeting. The community of participants is responsible for the financing and execution of the measure. It has rights (execution of the infrastructure works, affecting of necessary payment etc.) and is under the supervision of the land consolidation authority.
