11.3.5 Voluntary exchange of land

This procedure requires the full consent involvement of all participants, as all arrangements need to be contractually agreed upon, then laid down in the plan of exchange, and implemented. This procedure is therefore particularly simple an quick, but does not work where agreement cannot be reached.
